A 10 minute guided meditation to help connect to inner joy.

Join me in a seated position of your choice, finding the most comfortable position possible. Choosing to fully arrive and let go of your day and what it took to get you here. Sinking your attention and awareness beneath the skin and arriving in your body. We will begin practice by scanning the body physically, mentally and emotionally and move from there.

We work with being open to all sensations to avoid the limitations of our experience. We invite in feeling today.
