A 15 minute slow flow practice focusing on relieving tension in the upper body. This class is great for you is you have been experiencing tension headaches, tight traps and scaps or are sitting at your desk for most of the day!
This class will get into the sticky spots and release tension and tightness. You can practice this class at the end of the day or perhaps in between meetings to keep your neck and upper body tension-free. All you need is you and your mat! Your neck and upper body will thank you for doing this class.
