A 20 minute hip mobility flow. Throughout this practice, we will create space in the hips through passive and active flexibility as well as through exercising the hips through their full range of motion.
You can practice this class upon rising or in the morning when the hips feel tight otherwise at any point in the day when you feel you would like to experience more open-ness in this area.
Our intention for practice is the word rejuvenation. Taking this time on your mat that you have dedicated for yourself to fill up your cup and re-energise.
