A 30 minute stability based flow incorporating pilates and mobility practices to ensure that our stabilisers are both active, and strong. Our stabilising muscle fibres hold us up and prevent injury so making sure that we focus an equal amount on active strength, and passive flexibility gives us the best of both worlds.

You can expect a strong practice with interesting and new movements. Each posture and exercise has been selected to get the most out of this session. We will focus on glutes, shoulders and core.
