A 30 minute slow flow practice that will work into the entire body creating space and building strength.
In this simple but effective practice we will work with rotational lunging, balancing postures, arm strengthening and glute activation followed by a relaxing resting pose allowing the practice to integrate.
Our intention for practice is to slow things down and to really be in each moment, posture and transition without drifting to what is to come.
