A 40 minute restorative practice that focuses on creating space in the lower back and lumbar spine. This class will create some relief in this area if you are feeling a sense of tightness, tension or stickiness in this region. This practice is helpful too if you spend a lot of time seated.
Join me on your back as we start to slow down and bring our attention and awareness beneath the skin, starting with the breath.
