A 40 minute vinyasa flow focusing on the shoulders and the upper body. In this practice, we will build strength and flexibility in the upper body. We spend a lot of time hunched over our phones, at our desks, staring at our technological devices so this class will create space and try to revert some of the stickiness, tension and tightness from our day to day living.
