A 60 minute vinyasa flow style practice focusing on opening into the chest and heart as well as the hips. Both areas of the body tend to get a little sticky or tense if we are not regularly moving into these areas so expect a juicy opening leaving you with more space in the body.
The intention for practice is to create a sense of open-ness and expansion within the body. In order to make space for new, we need to let go of old stagnant energy or any patterns on repeat that no longer serve us.
