A 60 minute slow flow practice using pigeon pose as our inspiration for practice. This shape requires both external rotation of the hips and hip extension so we will explore this position in a couple of variations.

We will stop before we start. Our intention for practice will be the exhale as a means of creating softness and a sense of release in postures or moments of discomfort. We aim to create a sense of ease, safety and calm.
